Though fall is not typically a weather for skirts & shorts but living in India I am truly blessed to be able to take the liberty of flaunting summer clothing in October albeit with the fall twist. Well the twist comes in the form of this long gorgeous crochet asymmetric Global Desi shrug that has an easy, fun-loving, transitional vibe to it. I have worn this in one of my earlier posts on nude tone dressing. It is such a versatile, style-enhancer kind of piece of clothing…just elevates any outfit from the ordinary to the fab!

Since I was missing summers and feeling a bit flirty at the same time, I styled my off-white crochet shrug with this khaki stretch-knit flare skater skirt from Forever 21 that had been in my wardrobe since almost two years now.I loved the sort of understated elegance that the shrug added to the outfit. My silver antique beaded necklace from my Bangkok thrift collection added a touch of boho-chic. And there I was with my perfect fall go-to style…..
