Adding a pop of color to your winter outfit is one of the simplest ways to tackle the winter blues. Other than the neutrals & pastels— gray, black, white, beige or brown, you could use bolder shades of blues, mustards, greens or even reds to add that pop to make your winter outfit more fun & interesting.I have played around with my outer wear and shoes this time for adding the fun element. In one my earlier posts (Dash of Yellow), I used my bag as the pop element to add color to an almost monochrome outfit. But this time I styled my black winter outfit with the navy laser cut suede shrug, which I recently added to my wardrobe, and navy ankle boots for achieving the desired look.

Though there are endless ways to add a pop of accent color to your outfit, one of the trending ones these days is the use of bags, belts and necklaces. Having said that I will be back very soon with another post, in one of my favorite looks, showing how this can done. Cheers until then!
